The Emerset Licensing Academy (ELA) is a training program designed to offer end customers with the same level of professional licensing expertise that is provided to the employees of major software vendors. The major software vendors train their employees and channel partners on specific sales processes for engaging an Enterprise customer and the technical aspects of their unique software licensing programs. The Emerset Licensing Academy helps organization negotiate and manage their software licensing contracts by explaining the internal sales methodologies that the vendor rep is likely to receive as part of their job training.
