Daryl Ullman
Daryl UllmanCo-Founder and Chief Consulting Officer

Daryl has more than 20 years of goal-oriented management, sales and negotiation experience. In his role as Chief Consulting Officer at Emerset, he acts as a primary advisor to C-level executives of large corporations to help them successfully negotiate optimal licensing agreements with Microsoft®.

Prior to founding Emerset almost a decade ago, Daryl worked at Microsoft® in the roles of Licensing Manager for the Enterprise & Partner Group and Group Manager for Mid-Market Organizations. This and other experience has formed the foundation of Emerset’s proprietary Clear Licensing Methodology (CLM) for conducting software licensing negotiations.

Daryl holds a BBA for Business Administration and Management from Thames Valley University of London and an MSc in Management and Information Systems from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University.

Meir Raz
Meir RazCo-Founder and COO

Meir co-founded Emerset nearly a decade ago, bringing his extensive background in software development, IT systems, development of sales distribution channels, managing sales organizations and measuring sales and marketing activities. In his over 25 years of experience in marketing, sales and business development, he has held senior positions at international software and information technology companies, among them as VP of Marketing at Microsoft® and VP of Sales at HP®.

At Microsoft®, he held overall responsibility for the sales quota for all Microsoft® product lines, and significantly increased market penetration due to his aggressive business plan. He also established the services division from scratch, including technical support, software consultancy and customer service.

He serves on the board of directors of several consumer electronics and technology companies.
