Clear Licensing Methodology

Four Phases of the Clear Licensing Methodology™:

The Licensing and Technology Analytics Phase involves assessing current licensing assets and forecasting future technology needs. This includes gaining an understanding of what software assets are currently in use and how they are deployed, as well as working with the company to factor future needs.

The Strategy and Planning Phase involves define the optimal strategy to be used in the negotiation phase to come. The ultimate goal of this phase is to completely prepare the corporation’s team for the negotiation phase.

Finally, once the agreement has been signed, Emerset remains available to periodically review the corporation’s licensing reconciliation and assets to determine that the forecasted use of resources was correct.
